To our valued Bowen’s customers,

We have some news we would like to share with you all. After many weeks of hard conversations and sleepless nights, we have made the difficult decision to close down the pizzeria. There are a lot of factors that led us to this decision. The volatility of the industry has gotten the better of us — the numbers just aren’t in our favor anymore.

 

We will open Thursday, July 16, at 11 a.m. as usual and close our doors on Sunday, July 19th, at 6:30 p.m., or before if the food runs out. (EDIT: OUR FOOD RAN OUT FRIDAY NIGHT, WE ARE CLOSED) We want to sincerely thank all of our great customers for an amazing 17 years and countless memories that we will hold on to for the rest of our days. We will miss you all.

 

We would like to thank our small but mighty staff: Makayla Christensen, Zach Bryant, Megan Cassavant, and Trey Woods. We love you all — you truly made coming to work every day a real joy.

 

To Erica Coburn, we want to thank you for almost 15 years with us. You were our rock, and we could not have done any of it without you.

 

The building is for sale or lease, with or without the restaurant equipment. The property also includes a 700 sq. ft. outbuilding that can be another source of income, currently an apartment. The price has been reduced, and whoever ends up with it is getting a great buy. We put a lot of work and love into it.
